6. Payment Terms

- Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances
- We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation terms are defined in individual project agreements. Generally:
- Work completed prior to cancellation is billable in full
- Retainer agreements require 30 days written notice for cancellation
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Famebox Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
